The Role
It was really challenging but enjoyable, with a variety of tasks.
It was a small group so everyone was able to make friends easily.
There were lots of EY staff there to help out and ask questions to.
The schedule was packed during the day and there were activities in the evenings.
You were encouraged to develop your leadership skills throughout the course and take responsibility for tasks.
I developed my leadeship skills and an understanding of my strengths and motivations.
The Company
Everyone was working hard but it was enjoyable and everyone was motivated.
Very well organised with lots to do in the evenings as well as the activities during the day which were varied.
As this was a course for University students, they invested a lot in the course and my personal development.
I would like to persue this career path and gained a good insight into the company.
The Culture
Everyone socialised during the evenings when we had free time.
Accomodation and food were all paid for by the compnay for the 3 days!
Everyone was sociable in the evenings and activities were put on for us.
In the evenings activities were put on for us such as drumming and a quiz.
