The Role
I really enjoyed it
colleagues were great-really tried to incorporate us into the culture of ernst and young
supervisors were really helpful
Because I was working on some quite large clients, there were occasions where there was nothing that I could do because I was underqualified
I was put in front of clients and left to my own devices on tasks
Accounting skills really helped-also people skills
The Company
There were alot of social events and people were very chatty in the office
It was run very well
Although I do believe that they could have provided us with better training in the first three days as it revolved around the values of the company too much and not actual technical skills which we could use
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
I have taken a job with them
The Culture
Yes we socialised a lot
I didn't live but would buy lunch around there and it was reasonable
there wasn't really a nightlife in the direct area but it wasn't far to travel at all
Could play netball for them and lots of after work drinks
