About You
The M&G apprentices were friendly and very informative, and so I feel as though I gained value knowledge from them.
They answered everything. I couldn’t be more grateful for the information they provided and it has given me a vivid insight to the apprenticeships at M&G.
The insight had given me clarification that people are interested in hard working individuals who want to succeed, not just people with degrees.
The Company
It was contstantly informative and was truly interesting. The insight also allowed us to talk directly to the people at the heart of the Apprenticship schemes at M&G, which therefore helped answer any ambiguous questions.
It was extremely positive. I believe every person in the audience was in awe of the way M&G and especially Investment 20/20 work so hard to attract apprentices.
Even though I haven’t actually done anything for M&G, the evening was an investment into the future apprentices so I believe there was some help in my development.
The apprentices gave a great idea of what it would be like to have a full time role. From what they said, I believe it would be an outstounding opportunity.
The insight gave me the impression that Apprentices are well looked after and valued as part of the team, which in turn made me feel made me feel as though they are an essential part of the culture.
I think my heart is set on an apprenticeship, but getting the right one for me is important, and M&G have a variety to apply from which made me even more interested in Apprenticeships.
Everything Else
It was only an evening insight, but this knowledge they have given us is priceless and I will also use it to my advantage.
Yes there were many opportunities to network with employees and apprentices who, were polite and friendly, but also humorous and good to talk to.
The informal networking was a great opportunity to see how employees had progressed from apprentices to higher roles and this seemed to be the ultimate motivation to approach an apprenticeship with an open mind.
They briefly mentioned going to college depending on the apprenticeship but overall it was mostly structured about the internal opportunities at M&G.
Definitely. Lots of my friends would like an apprenticeship but do not know where to look. The evening was a great insight into how some institutions value apprentices and their importance within the business.
