The Role
An excellent experience! Met lots of friends, learnt a huge amount and made me want to apply for the Graduate scheme!
Supervisors and other students alike were incredibly friendly / helpful at all times.
Supervisors were on hand at all opportunities, even in casual time off.
Struck the perfect balance between hard work / learning and socialising, so that we got the most out of our experience.
Team-building experiences gave different individuals different responsibilities, and each had a chance to lead and follow.
Team-building skills have helped me in a range of situations and will continue to do so.
The Company
Perfect balance of work & play.
There was never a dull moment, and all events / acitivites impressed
I learnt a huge amount from the Leadership Academy which I have applied to a range situations. Moreover, I have applied for the Graduate scheme at EY!
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym

Got a job with them!
The Culture
EY provided a range of opportunities for all students to meet each other and bond.
All travel and accommodation was paid for.
Hotel bars were available
Given the nature of the Leadership Academy, we did not leave the hotel the whole time.
