The Role
I enjoyed it very much, Cummins is the best company that i have ever worked for. They invest in their employees and placement students receive the same treatment.
I have always felt vauled as i have been given responsibility to control my own work and on projects. i have been included and involved in many projects
my manager gives me freedom to manage my own work, and provides me with support when it is needed
i always had things to do and never really had a point where there was nothing for me to do. as the year progressed i got progressively busier
i have been given quite a lot of responsibility with my job, my manager gave me freedom to manage it how i wanted and he provided me with support when needed
i have much more technical knowledge and this will aid me in my future career. i have learnt how to stucture my work and day so that i am clear what i have to do and when i need to do it
The Company
very good atmosphere, everyone was always quite busy but had no issue in helping you out if you encountered a problem
my placement was more of an actual job so did not require much organising, my manager gave me freedom to experience other departments if i wanted.
i was taken out on jobs and trusted on large and important projects. we also where supplied with student development modules to develop skills of all sorts
Flexi Time
National Travel
