The Role
Very good coaching and variety of exposures
Good feedback system and understanding of expectations of interns
My mentor was fantastic
Drive your own career: if you do this then you will find the right amount of work and good balance of varied tasks
If you prove yourself you will get ownership of task.
An intern will drive you so hard during your last year at uni. It makes goals far more achieveable
The Company
More London and client sites are always buzzing and busy
The induction could do with some tweeking but in general very well cared for
Weekly training and lots of exposure to senior staff
Sports and Social Club
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Offered a job in a highly competitive dept
The Culture
The social scene is what makes it! Set in the heart of London with events in top restaurants and bars. Induction party held on HMS Belfast and closing party at Waldorf hotel
I rented in London and found the wage paid was more than enough to live comfortably, go out, buy clothes etc. A lot of travel is put through on expenses and you are often taken out for dinner and drinks.
London, incredible.
Sports and socials. Get involved and get the most out of it.
