About You
Incredibly interesting and fun time. The spring week is a bit too intense as far as the hours, needs to be spread out over one more day
Felt important and welcome
It's a large group, so very little personal guidance. Lot's of great presentations and meeting of people tho
Not much skills development at all. But the information and guidance was transformative
The Company
Well structured and the schedule was available easily. Too many presentations one after the other at some points tho, everyone was quite tired
Exciting and engaging, especially the work shadowing and meeting peers / Barclays employees. Presentations got boring after the third
Not much training, mostly guidance
Lot's of wprk shadowing, presentations and Q&A provided a clear view of life at barclays
Same as last question
Lots of guidance, information on careers within OR without barclays! Very considerate of students from all backgrounds. Very inspirational
Everything Else
All expenses paid and £250 flat for "expenses" (hours spent) during the week
Lot's of opportunities to meet people. Networking is a silly concept, it was a meet and greet where we got to ask questions and engage with real people in a low pressure environment
