The Role
Fantastically run programme allowing you to get hands-on-experience with large clients from day one. A great company to work for.
All my colleagues bent over backwards to help me with everything - e.g. explaining the work that I was undertaking, how it fitted in to the project, their experiences with the firm and general day-to-day issues.
Supported and guided thoroughout the programme. All management made a big effort to welcome you to the firm. I also had the chance to shadow a partner for the day.
Plenty of real-life work to get involved with. I worked with large name companies and was busy throughout my placement.
We were treated as first year graduate students even though we still had a year at university to complete. We were given a large amount of responsiblity, I was heavily involved ensuring that work was delivered on time.
My experiences have helped me with time management, working within a team and structuring reports well.
The Company
A thoroughly pleasant atmosphere to work in - I was amazed how calm the office was! Everything seemed very organised and thorough.
Very well organised from start to finish. Very few problems.
We undertook several training programmes which we needed to help understand the work the firm does on a day-to-day basis. The training and resources were first-class.

Company Parties/Events
Fortunate enough to receive a full-time graduate job with the firm.
The Culture
Met up regularly, went out virtually every week. There were work events at least once a week too.
London is expensive, but it is the capital and that can't be helped.
The city of London has a great nightlife - loads of places to have a great night!
Some event or social activity almost every night.
