About You
The insight event offered invaluable advice and guidance from employees. It enabled me to better understand the framework of EY and why it would suit me as an employer.
All interns were treated equally and involvement was encouraged by supervisors of the sessions.
Employees from the firm offered guidance in abundance and were free to offer advice during breaks.
I bettered my ability to communicate effectivley and work amongst a team.
The Company
The insight days were structured well with appropriately placed breaks.
All interns were enthusiastic along with any supervisors / employees which created a great environment to be apart of.
Although I myself required no investment those with large travel distances were reimbursed for their flights / train tickets.
With regards to this question in particular, the insight given by placement year and graduate employees better enabled me to understand how someone with my background would benefit being with EY.
I came learn about the friendly environment that EY promotes.
