About You
The value of what I learned during such a short period of time for the insight is golden. Opportunities to interact with many diverse people from the bank is so far the fact I enjoyed the most along with the interactions with other spring interns.
All of the time basically, each challenge or moment you spend during the insight gives you so much added value to share around you in the future.
Again fantastic support is very well appropriate as we are well followed during the week.
As I said, the value of what I learned during such a short period of time for the insight is golden and it worths for both technical and personal skills.
The Company
Very structured schedule and sessions
It was fun obviously, competitive for sure but it is actually a great way to get a deep insight on the industry.
It was for me significant that it is not so easy to get a full time position with the company, specially because you are surrounded by so smart people during the week. However, the help and experience shared by current employees is so far the more realistic you can get on how to do your best to make sure you join as a full time employee.
I am now sure that BAML is all about its people and its team and that was clear seeing ans interacting with all the employees.
Getting a view on different line of business is unique at BAML and thus this is the bank for me that comparing to its competitors offers you the chance to decide where to direct yourself in your career.
Everything Else
Yes basically everyday.
They were great the only think is that we were many people and it was sometimes a bit hard to develop deep talks with employees.
Yes specially during the networking of Tuesday, I learned a lot on Women networks and so on
100% positive, no doubt on that
