The Role
The Leadership Academy was a fantastic experience which gave me the opportunity to learn a lot about myself in a fun, sociable environment.
Strong bonds were developed early - all contributions within team exercises and group discussions were valued.
There was constant support and guidance available from the EY employees who attended the academy.
We were kept very busy with both work related and social/team building activities.
I was always provided with the opportunity to take responsibility and lead.
Enhanced self-awareness and confidence as a result of the Leadership Academy will assist me greatly in my degree studies and as I look to develop my career.
The Company
Relaxed but productive.
Very well - all activities and sessions were executed flawlessly.
The three days were focused on personal training and development.
Following the Leadership Academy I have secured a summer internship with EY and hope that I will be able to gain a graduate position with them subsequent to completing this.
The Culture
The social scene was excellent.
All expenses on the Leadership Academy, including food and drink were paid for by EY.
All socialising took place on site at the venue.
There were many non-work based activities organised.
