About You
Spring interns get the opportunity to work shadow at specific division.
The Grad Recruitment Team were always their for us. During the work shadowing part interns must just know that Employers are often busy so that they not always can take time for us.
The Grad Recruitment Team was always their for us when we had specific questions. Also the more juniors employees gave my some helpful guidance.
I would say less since you mostly just get insight which is totally fine for me. The biggest at most important skill I learned was how to Network and approch employees.
The Company
Next to been given insight to the division applied to, we also got to attend several presentation were we learned mor about diffrent division that Citi offers. The only negative point is that we received the different information for the spring week uquite late.
Great
Definitely.
I know now much better how Citi differents them self cultural wise from other companies.
Since you could work shadow them, you really could find out if this is the right career path for you
Everything Else
Citi paid for the food, flight and accommodation.
Yes their were, but you need to organize by yourself.
Best part of the week since you could meet a lot of people from diffrent areas.
