About You
The insight week was amazing we got the right exposure to Barclays projects, we had work shadowing and also networking
The other employees always treated us with respect and answered all our questions making us feel valuated.
We received a lot of guidance and support throughout the week. Senior staff were available to answer career related questions and [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], the coordinators, gave us support whenever needed.
The skills developed were communication skills and team work which will be very helpful throughout my degree and career.
The Company
The insight was very well structured, we had work shadowing, talks.
The programme was exciting, everyone was friendly but also challenging however it was not stressful.
They gave us a lot of talks and opportunities to network.
It was helpful as we had work shadowing which allowed us to see life at barclays.
It was extremely helpful, as we had a lot of opportunities to see people at work and the general atmosphere of the office.
It was really helpful as i got in contact with people working in various roles which made me realise what area I will want to work in.
Everything Else
We had senior speed networking as well as an event for 2 hours in which we could network with a lot of graduates.
