About You
The insight program far exceeded my expectations. As a group we were given a thorough and honest insight into the various technological divisions and roles within Barclays.
Barclays provided fantastic accommodation and food throughout the week. The only negative is that were weren't situated in the Barclays building for the first three days.
Everyone, ranging from graduates through to seniors, were very welcoming and willing to answer any and all questions we had.
The primary skill I have taken away from the program is an improved ability to network with people from a varying range of positions.
The Company
Very well structured. We always had something to do; none of which felt as though it was simply there to fill time. Also, the Barclays app provided a detailed agenda, so we always knew where to go next, and what to expect.
Great - everyone at the program was friendly, and through the interactive seminars we were all continually brought closer together.
