About You
Increasingly enjoyable throughout the week as I got to know more people and made more friends. Some of the activities dragged occasionally but mostly very interesting.
Reasonably well valued throughout and alway made to feel like an integral part of the programme.
A lot of information from across the business. Gave us great information about many potential roles in the company. Also a good c.v. and interview workshop that was hugely helpful for the banking industry in particular.
Although I learnt some skills related to the business, personal development skills and academic related skills were not a main part of the programme.
The Company
Ran seamlessly the vast majority of the time but occasionally too much time was allocated to things I thought were less important than others which were cut short.
Very friendly with other interns and business like with employees during networking events and other interactions.
Everything Else
£250 for the week and all expenses paid for throughout.
Yes plenty of opportunities including a networking, breakfast, dinner and lunch with both junior and senior employees.
Not hugely as most of the questions I asked were more related to the business part.
Yes definitely it was a useful and enjoyable week that will prove to be a useful asset to anyone's c.v. in the future.
