About You
I enjoyed the spring insight very much as there was a good work-social mix between my colleagues and I.
I felt very valued at my time here as everyone was very welcoming.
From the start of the insight week we were given the emails of the programme managers and we're told that we were welcome to ask any questions if we had any queries. Staff members are very approachable so it was easy to ask about CV guidance.
I received a vast amount of skills and information throughout the week. I find that these skills and information can be very transferable.
The Company
There wasn't a single moment where I didn't know what to do.
Very intense but rewarding.

Moderately.
Culture was emphasised heavily upon throughout the week.
Critical as I discovered what it's like to work here in this area.
