The Role
It was a great internship where I developed new skills and made new friends.
I was treated with respect and I felt that my work was highly appreciated and valued. Everone was really friendly and supportive.
There was plenty of guidance and support given by my line manager, and helped me to achieve my goals and improve my performance day by day.
It varied between very busy and slightly busy, as it was in line with their business needs.
Gradually increasing, started with little responsibility but the level was increasing as you are getting to learn the process. The quicker you learn the further you can get.
I feel that the skills were valuable and received a great insight into professional services and the Big Four culture.
The Company
Some people were really cold and formal, others were nice and friendly. Lots of people you will always make new friends.
It was running smoothly, and no major problems.
EY has a strong focus on personal training and development and will support through the trainee process as well, to get my qualifications.
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
It is Big Four and well respected firm, so the prospects are great.
The Culture
Good social scene, made many friends and get to go out with them after work.
London is a very expensive city to work in.
London has it all what you need.
Lots of opportunities for charities events, social and sport activites.
