About You
very welcoming and enjoyable environment
Felt very valued and was set regular tasks- the graduates on my team took me to a restaurant which helped me to get to know them on a personal level.
always felt that I had support if I needed it and no question was stupid.
found this insight week allowed me to apply theory to the real world environment
The Company
very well informed kept me busy and always knew where and when I had an event to attend.
Social and welcoming atmosphere which enabled me to enjoy the week very much. Savills has a great culture which is clear throughout the business.
ensured that we were doing work in the teams and not just watching our mentors the whole time
very helpful and all the talks from all the departments had a great overview of how the graduates day to day life is in the firm. Also the regular networking events helped meet graduates on the programme

great opportunity to network with directors and other graduates three separate sociable event and a lunch with 3 graduates on my team
very friendly and allowed you to network with individuals that you wanted too.
yes talked about the sport that is available for employees and also lots of networking events
yes was recommended from a friend and would do the same to 1st years at university.
