The Role
It was a really enjoyable day! There were lots of tasks, so it was never boring.
There was a large team-work element on the Insight Day, so everyone did get involved and most people did value each others ideas. However, occasionally some people did not listen to others, if they thought their own idea was better.
There was enough support, so that we didn't feel isolated, but not too much to prevent us from developing our ideas on our own.
Plenty to do, but now unrealistic timing issues.
We were split into smaller groups, so we did have responsibilty for completing the task efficiently.
It was a really good day, which will help me greatly in the future.
The Company
People were enthusiastic about the project and there was a good atmosphere.
The day was really well planned. The organisers had obviously spent a lot of time preparing the day and it did help the day to run very smoothly.
We were given individual feedback, which was helpful for personal development.
Subsidised Canteen
Healthcare/Dental
I would like to think that the day has assisted my work prospects with the company, but I realise it is very competitive.
The Culture
People did get on well with each other, but as it was only one day, there was no opportunity to socialise.
Not applicable. I didn't have to buy anything in the area.
Not applicable. We didn't stay to experience the nightlife.
Not applicable. The insight was only one day.
