The Role
It was a good time to be interning while there was so much turmoil in the markets as there was a lot to see and learn.
The people on the desks I rotated on were not particularly the friendliest people. Maybe this was partly due to the stressful time in the market. However, there were some really nice and helpful people I ran into on the floor from different teams.
Again, this would have probably been better had it not been for the market conditions.
I was assigned a couple of projects which kept me busy when there were no shorter tasks to do.
Learnt a fair bit. But there were a lot of times when people simply did not have the time to sit down and talk to you, which was a shame.
The Company
The training at the beginning of the placement could have been better.
It is a nice place to be with lots of potential.
The Culture
Amazing group of interns. Made some goof friends over the summer.
Had a team building day and an opportunity to volunteer for a day.
