The Role
A fantastic experience!
Everyone from the other students, the the Grad Team, to the courser runners, everyone gave a bit to make you feel as if your comment and contribution was extremely important.
Everyone was so friendly and gelled so quickly, especially with the Grad Team.
The balance was stunningly well managed!
You were given responsibility when you needed to.
To the extent that I can look at day to day life and think what I should do according to what I have learnt!
The Company
Wouldn't say it was 100% fun, but it was studious and therefore motivating. We had some grueling readings but it was part of the set up of the Leadership Academy which helped altogether.
Everything ran to the minute and was always action packed.
Company Parties/Events
I am looking to apply in the future. Having secured a fast-track application I will be using this year to see what interests me and then submitting an application next year.
The Culture
The crowd, was bright, extremely sociable and bubbly.
N/A
We had a lot of fun with Karaokes, Drum Sessions and an all round sociable scene.
