Women's Immersion Programme Review

I absolutely loved it! It is definitely the best spring week program available as it is the only one that gives real exposure to the life of an investment banker. Everyone is super nice and after 2 weeks it already feels like home. Totally recommendable! I can't wait to go back for the summer internship!

I felt valued the whole time.

I had support from by buddy, from my industry team, by the HR department... everyone was ready at any time to give me guidance and feedback, and that is very important because even though they are all super busy they always had time to walk me through things I didn't understand.

In 2 weeks I've learned more than a whole course of corporate finance. It taught me the real application of the concepts I had learned in college, now I go back more motivated than ever to learn. And not only that but I have also developed a genuine interest for the industry I worked in.

It couldn't be better structured. We did not only have real work exposure but we also had training sessions and speeches from all the divisions and groups so you could find out which one you liked most. We also had a study case session to help prepare for the interview.

Does it answer the question if I say I don't want to leave? I had an amazing time, everyone was super nice, I wish I had more time to spend with the rest of the spring weekers because since everyone was placed in a different product/industry group we didn't have that much time to spend together but everyone was lovely.
