I did not have many expectations for the insight but any that I did have were completely blown away. I am inspired to work for this company and this will definitely be an aim of mine in the future. I also feel fully prepared for the assessment centre that I will need to attend to reach the next step

There was a large group of us so it did not feel very personal however the effort and services provided for us were phenomenal. Some of the partners of the company even took time to come and speak to us and answer any questions that we had which was extremely valuable

Any uncertainties were very clearly answered and no questions were off limits. I feel fully supported to go onto the next step in the company and have received so much guidance that I am actually excited for the assessment centre that I will need to attend in order to gain an internship

I am fully aware of how each service line works and this was knowledge that I would not have gained as in depth if I had not attended this event. Therefore, I already feel at an advantage to other students who may be applying for internships at EY next summer

Everything ran extremely smoothly and the schedules were followed to the minute. I really like the fact that we were constantly kept in the loop and aware of what was going to be expected of us. The organisers were completely in control which put me at complete ease and took any stresses away

There was a very positive atmosphere throughout the insight and every single worker that spoke to us, no matter how senior, was very approachable and willing to help. The other people taking place in the insight were also very friendly and were extremely easy to get on with which made the whole experience a lot easier

The company did everything they could to make us feel special and gave us a lovely time. I felt like my presence at the event was very valued and like nothing was too hard to handle. Anything that you asked of the company could be done and I would love to work in this company in the future

We were given many opportunities to speak to workers in the company from all different backgrounds working in all different service lines. Every single one of them was extremely positive and talked about how people are at the heart of everything the company has to offer and emphasised that the workers are a team

The motto "better working experience" certainly fits EY and workers are certainly put first. No problem is too large and I would feel completely a ease speaking to any employer, even if they are a partner. Also teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of EY and the relationships you build are crucial

I learnt more about each service line and have a strong idea of which one I would like to go into. I certainly would love to go into this company in the future and will do everything I can to achieve this- this was a goal that I did not have until I attended the event

All of my travel arrangements and hotel were paid for. Travel was organised prior to the event which was very useful so I was able to plan ahead. The hotel way stayed in was very very nice and I slept very well so that I could fully perform at the event

There was a huge opportunity to meet employees in the firm including the ability to have one on one conversations and really ask them about their experiences. This gave us a real insight into how the company works and eveyone was very happy to answer any questions that we had

A social was provided in the evening between the two days! This was a great opportunity to switch off and get to know the other people at the insight. It was very useful as on the final day I was fully familiar with many faces and felt completely at ease

I would 100% recommend this, I had an amazing time and am so excited to join the working world
