The Role
I enjoyed working in a team with other people, but it is not the best job I have ever had!
Senior members of the team were interested in my opinion, they gave really positive feedback and I definitely felt valued.
The scheme is very well organised and our 'champion' put a lot of effort into making sure we were supported.
Consulting is a heavy work load generally and there was plenty to do. A lot of my time was spent formatting documents but if you ask for interesting work you will get it.
I asked for responsibility and was given some, the more responsibility you have the harder you work but the more interesting your day is!
My degree has benefited from having some real world experience.
The Company
Working in the London office is great, at the clients site totally depends on the client.
Very well run.
They went to town on us, we were given a budget to spend on our own social and the induction week included an away day which was good fun. There were about 4 paid for socials during the 7 weeks.
Subsidised/Company Gym
International Travel
Above 25 days holiday
Had a partner interview at the end and was offered a job!
The Culture
Terrific!
London is so expensive but there are a lot of socials which are paid for!
There were loads of nights out.
In consulting it is hard as you are usually away from the office.
