About You
It was really insightful. We met current employees and had a panel session who shared their honest opinion about their experience. I live outside London so I really appreciate EY initiative to help us book a room(Hilton) near the event venues which was really comfortable and accommodating. Definitely a memorable event!
The EY team is absolutely fantastic. They pay attention to your needs and values your perspectives. No question is ‘stupid’. They are always open to your opinion. EY also took care of breakfast&lunch as well as accommodation during the event. From our interactions, I can see how much EY values it’s peole and this is really motivating.
I received support from the start of my online application up to the end of the insight programme. I had support during the event and was even offered additional guidance post-event! This shows EY’s commitment and their eagerness to support you.
I developed some networking and presentation skills. The group activity is fun which allowed us to get to know each other while learning about EY. I now know what direction to take and this motivates me to push forward in my degree studies.
The Company
I like the pace of the event. It was relaxing but not too laid back, which is great for productivity. There’s always something nice to reflect on at the end of each event. In addition, the information given throughout the event was really useful and engaging. There is a comfortable flow and breaks during the event.
It was a friendly atmosphere. It was fun to meet other participants who share the same goals while coming from different backgrounds. We had a socials on the second day of the event which comprised of some games and chatting. Whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, there are plenty of activities and opportunities to be involved in.
They paid for your travel, accommodation cost as well as breakfast and lunch.
We networked with employees currently working in EY in different positions who shared their experiences with us.
We had talks with staffs in different position and ranks who shared about their daily lives in EY with us.
I now know which service line that I’m most interested in.
Everything Else
Travel expenses and accommodation cost is covered.
We networked over lunch, socials as well as a speed networking session.
We went to a bowling area nearby and was served some food & drinks.
Yes they are involved in other network and common interest groups.
