About You
It was great! I enjoyed the programme very much, however as it was very short, I did not have as many opportunities as I would have liked to get to know more about EY. The activities and social organised by the EY recruitment team were fun and organised very well.
We had graduates with us the whole time to answer any questions we had and also members of the student recruitment team were always there to help us. We felt very valued and had the chance to talk to employees from across the divisions and ask them about almost anything.
We had graduates with us who supported us during the activities and gave us advice and feedback on presentation skills. The instructions for the events and activities were very clear. We were also able to receive feedback from our peers and student recruitment team for our style of presenting information.
The Company
It was a very short programme but we had time to network, participate in presentations and ask questions to the panel of employees. The social and activities were also very structured with teams and tables organised. Overall, the structure of the programme was very clear and the timing was kept very well.
