About You
The whole programme was very well organised and ran very smoothly. The EY team were very friendly amd nothing was too much trouble. The panel event was my favourite part and I also discovered what service I would like to go into after university.
Staff really wanted all students to be included and have their opinions voiced. They made me feel like my opinion mattered to them.
If any terms used by speakers weren't recognised, we had table hosts who would explain to us what they meant so that we had a better understanding.
I have received all of the information that I wanted to and it helped me decide that I want to persue a career in Assurance. I also think that the information I recieved will help me with my degree and my steps into the working world.
The Company
The insight ran smoothly with no hiccups and breaks were provided, along with group tasks, so we weren't just sat listening to a speaker for the whole programme.
Staff were always happy and nothing was too much trouble. All students were in the same boat, so we connected with people in our groups well.
They wanted to ensure that we understood what the company did and what it was like to work in the environment. They also helped me to decide what service I wanted to go into after university.
Sitting at a table with current Industrial Placement students and Graduates elreally helped give us an insight as to what it is like to work woth the people at EY and that the hierarchy all look after one another. We also got information on workload and work hours that we wouldn't have received without the programme.
