About You
The program is great. Very informative, very well structured. I had the chance to be staffed on a desk within a team for the 2 weeks, which is quite a unique opportunity.
The team I was staffed in during the program gave me some small tasks to do. My work and my participation was really valued and it was appreciable to be trusted by the team.
I was assigned a "buddy" on the fist day. She helped me throughout the 2 weeks, gave me plenty of advices, and answered all my questions. HR are very present at well and always ready to answer questions or take a bit of time to sit and discuss.
The Company
The insight was really structured. I worked on the desk with the team for most of the days, and there were presentations about the different products or industries regularly along the program.
The atmosphere was great. People are friendly and always ready to take some time to answer questions and talk about their experience.
I highly recommend the immersion program, rather than a normal spring insight program, as it gave me a REAL overview of what it is like to work within the bank on a day to day basis, which is something I never had had the chance too see or experience before.
Everything Else
I would highly recommend this program to any friend interested in Investment Banking. Knowing a little bit about finance and IB makes it even more enjoyable. This program has a true added value as it enable to get a real insight of what it is like to work at a bank and to work there. The teams are great, people are easily approachable and friendly. Great atmosphere. The program is very well structured and organised with presentations and networking events regularly along the week.
