About You
I really enjoy the insight week, truly enriching and insightful.
I feel valued thanks to: - the organisation of the week (accommodation/sessions in the Bank of America's office) - networking sessions / presentations / shadowing sessions with professionals (from analysts to Managing Directors)
We were given guidance before the week and during all the week.
I develop many technical skills thanks to presentations and group projects (stock pitching, company valuation, etc.)
The Company
The insight was really well structured and prepared. Human Resources did a truly great job.
The atmosphere at Bank of America Merrill Lynch was really pleasant.
The firm invested in us during all week because we did not add value for Bank of America during all this week.
Thanks to the shadowing sessions I understood well how it would be like to have a full time role.
Thanks to presentations, but also by talking with employees you are really able to understand the company culture.
I partly already knew what I wanted to do, but this week strengthen my professional projects.
Everything Else
Bank of America Merrill Lynch reimbursed all my travel expenses and paid me a flat for the week.
There were plenty of opportunities for networking and meeting other employees (at least one time per day).
Networking and social event opportunities were really well prepared during the week.
There are many opportunities to get involved in outside of work at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
I would definitely recommend this insight week to a friend.
