The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed the Leadership Academy. Have recommended it to many of my friends who are looking into this industry.
By the end the people I did the Academy with were like a family. We all bonded really well.
The facilitators were incredibly helpful and insightful. In general there was a very relaxed atmosphere and the chance to discover our options.
There were plenty of activities for the 3 day course. The evening entertainment was fantastic and hilarious. We were all really well looked after and it exceeded my expectations.
There were a lot of team building exercises and leadership tasks so it was less individual tasks and more collective involvement.
The experience did help establish the type of team player and leader we all were and also individual styles and strengths.
The Company
Wasn't an office atmosphere.
Was a first time academy aside from the pilot but it all went smoothly.
Made us all very comfortable and spent time with us aside from the company name.
