  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight is so informative and helpful! it provides us with a clear picture of different divisions and different teams and a precious chance of communicating with people who work there to understand their jobs and understand the culture of Barclays!

    • I feel very valued when all the people are so willing to teach you and help you and share with you their personal growth and experiences.

    • There are a lot of guidance and support provided during the insight as people are always willing to explain to you new things that we encounter and help you out with any difficulties that you face.

    • We have learnt so much about the Markets and Banking, about how the work is really like and what are the mindsets that we should have during working and how to valuate a company.

    • The insight is very well structured so that we have a very clear idea about all the events and different divisions in different days.

    • The general atmosphere here is so nice where you managed to meet a lot of different peers with the same interest and a lot of people who work in the industry.

    • The firm has put in a lot of efforts in planning the events and training us to allow us to have more insights about the industry and to help us build strong personal skills.

    • To a very large extent as we managed to work shadow and talked to a lot of people who really work in the role.

    • Yes, there are a lot of opportunities for networking which really allows us to meet many different people from different jobs.

    • The networking is really helpful and meaningful as everyone is very willing to share with you their experiences and insights about the industry.

    • Due to the nice culture in Barclays, actually a lot of time, team members are friends with other and will go out for activities together outside of work.
