About You
Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Whilst other spring weeks are typically presentation heavy, Citi was a welcome opportunity to spend time on the desks. I was on investment banking and had the chance to help on a number of live deals. My buddy was a great. Very thankful foro the team.
I felt very welcome. Not only was I introduced to the whole team, my team was quite big, but they remembered my name later down the line and had time to talk to me about their careers and hoe I can best position myself to get on their teams. Great time.
Not too much guidance about what investment banking was but a great opportunity to dive into the deep end and get stuck in with my team. Steep learning curve but I learnt at an incredible pace and preferred this strategy. Though I feel some may have struggled. Very fortunate to be on the desk!
I do not think there will be a direct impact as I study engineering. That said, I am confident that the motivation and resilience built throughout the programme will pay itself back in dividends as I look into the future and I go back to university to continue my studies.
The Company
It was structured exceptionally. Really enjoyed myself and always felt that I knew what was going on, what was expected of me, and how I could position myself to make the most of the programme. I would definitely recommend the programme to my friends once I get back to university.
Always very positive and felt that everyone wanted me to do well. Someone was always at hand to help if I had questions and I felt the programme was very inclusive throughout. Really enjoyed my time on the programme. Very thankful to my team for all their help! Very grateful.
