The Role
Leadership academy was really fun and enjoyable, very well organised
not really applicable
The facilitators were very hands-on, informative, approachable
The timetable was a perfect balance of activities and team-building time, making sure that we got the most of the experience as well as getting to know everybody.
N/A
The skills I learnt have proved invaluable, I learnt a lot about myself, my leadership styles and team dynamics. The feedback exercises were very worthwhile and I can't express enough how pleased I was with the academy.
The Company
it wasn't in an office, but the experience was very fun and the atmosphere was good
It was very well organised and we were well informed
They made a lot of effort in our personal development, with less of a focus on EY and more on our skills.
It really opened doors within EY and we got to know people in the company at the academy
The Culture
They organised karaoke, samba drums and other 'getting to know you' evenings which made everyone feel comfortable
