The Role
Really good experience with valuable skills taught along the way
They were very appreciative of the tasks I completed
Asigned a buddy graduate employee from day one and they were very supportive and helpful
Some days would be packed solid, but not unmanageable, although there were also quiet periods
Asigned proper projects with clients from the start
Very valuable skills learned, many IT based, but also client relations etc

employees just get on with their tasks, but there is still conversation
good amount of training to set us up in the placement and continuous support throughout
