  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It has been fantastic 3 days with J.P. Morgan. This Spring Week provided such a good insight how of it's like working at J.P., how the finance sector is composed and whether I will fit into any position within this context. It was very helpful to see all these various aspects and angles from a range of different people in order to get the best image of J.P.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • I was really impressed by the fact that basically everybody I talked to was the greatest fan of JP Morgan and conveyed this unique spirit and passion of what they were doing. I felt from right at the beginning, getting the very warm welcome throughout the whole 3 days very much valued by everybody.

    • Any question, any need, any help was immediately captured and helped to.

    • good structure: 2 Improvements: - to swap session with Vini and Q&A with analyst Layla - having the mock assessment not at the very end on friday maybe before networking lunch

    • I loved the spirit, the atmosphere, the people, the development

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • JP gave me the perfect balance of developing personal skills and providing inside into the business. Especially the building your brand helped me a lot reflecting my personality and skills.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?

    • It is quite hard to understand the business just within about 1h of work shadowing regarding that most of us are just at the beginning of our degrees. However, it quite think that gave you a look on the daily basis of work within different divisions.

    • It showed me definitely how JP works

    • Quite helpful. But it's quite hard to decide as I am just at the start of my degree.
