About You
I absolutely enjoyed the insight day. I learnt a lot about myself and what I am capable of. My insight week at J.P.Morgan solidified my interest in a long term career at the firm.
I felt extremely valued on my internsip.
I received a lot of guideance on my internship. I was appointed a mentor who did everything he could, within his power, to ensure every question I had would be answered. If my mentor couldnt answer my question, he would find someone who could.
The skills i developed, I know, will assist me in my degree. I developed a huge amount of confidence which I will utilise to impact my personal and proffessional life.
The Company
Very well structured. Interns knew exactly what to expect from each day on the insight week.
General atmosphere was very cohesive. Everyone at the firm was always smiling and regardless of how busy they were, would create time to talk to an intern like my self.
We had numerous speakers come in to educate us on different things such as: building your brand and image, developing your presentation skills
Everything Else
SO many opportunities for networking. Going into the internship networking seemed liked a chore but by the 3rd day, it felt so natural to me!
The events were really good! There was a social event at the end of the working day almost every day.
Definitely!
