About You
To a large extent I enjoy the insight. This insight gives us an overview of the financial sector in J.P Morgan. We learnt a lot of skills and experienced the work as a banker.
Since individual comments were not given, individuals may not fee they are super valued at the company.
The company gave us a lot of guidance such as CV skills, interview skills and networking skills. Work shadowing also taught us a lot.
After this programme, I gained much infomation regarding finance and business management.
The Company
I think the welcoming session during the first day can be shortened so that attendees can have more tine to do practical things.
The attendees and the mentors were very supportive and enthusiastic.
We were given a lot of time to practise our networking skills.
The graduate panel and the overview of financial sector gave us a lot of information in this industry.
I think not many future stuff was mentioned in this programme.
From this information I received, I can decide whether I will devote myself in this career or not.
Everything Else
The transportation fee was not reimbursed.
We met a lot of graduates and senior members.
There were a lot of such opportunities.
There is no such activity.
This insight programme is highly recommendable.
