    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • Very interesting and intense 3 day program where I got to learn everything abouth the Finance & Business management division as well as attending networking events, panels and participating in group activities. The organising team, other students participating and all J.P Morgan employees were open, nice, positive and always willing to help and answer any question.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • I felt like J.P Morgan really values young people as they invest lots of time and effort in making sure they are able to keep progressing along their career path. Feedback is always available. Nice seeing the emphasis the company gives to the important of your soft skills and developing yourself as a person.

    5/5

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • There were a few networking events with different people working at different levels of the division. During them, people were always willing to help, to answer any question and explain what they thought the best way to progress in your career is. Furthermore, the campus recruitment team that took care of our group was lovely and always willing to help!

    4/5

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I wouldn’t say the skills developed help me directly with my degree but more with developing myself as a person and helping me decide if the banking industry and especially the finance and business management industry is for me. Some of the workshops were very helpful for future job applications.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • First time was a bit too intense with lots of information being given, whilst the other two combined more active and interactive activities with information sessions which was nicer. The activities in the insight were all very useful, varied and interesting. The daily timetable was 9 to 5 which is very managable.

    4/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • I could only decribe it with one word: lovely! Everybody was so open, nice and friendly with a clear desire to learn, give advice and always help you out. The group was very diverse with people coming from all different kind of backgrounds what made the whole experience very enriching.
