About You
I enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was perfectly organized.
I felt extremely valued by everyone on the program, both my colleagues, HR and senior people. They answered every question I had and treated me well.
I received guidance throughout the whole week, especially by the HR team. In terms of support, it wasn't really needed but the HR team was always there to help us.
I believe the skills I developed won't assist me in my degree studies specifically but they will turn out to be really useful for my future jobs, especially in terms of networking skills.
The Company
The Insight was extremely well structured. They made us move around all of J.P. Morgan's London buildings.
The atmosphere was great. All of the other Spring Weekers were really likeable and we had a great time learning together
The training received was fair. Although it was a brief experience I feel I learnt a lot of new skills.
The Spring Insight was crucial in order to understand how a full time role would be like: meeting a lot of senior people was really helpful as they clearly explained what was like working there.
The company's culture was clear. The company claimed the best asset were the people, and by meeting many of the employees during the week, I understood what they mean.
The content was extremely valuable in terms of deciding my future career path
Everything Else
Yes, there were many opportunities. There were panels, speed networking sessions, "tea" networks and lunch networks.
They were good opportunities to speak with employees and get an idea of how their life was like at the company and also useful to get some advice from them.
I didn't find out about opportunities that employees can get involved in outside of work
I would absolutely recommend this insight to a friend. I genuinely enjoyed every minute of it.
