About You
Definitely one of the most fruitful experiences I've had. So far.
I genuinely felt that I was respected and accepted even though I didn't know everything. I was surprised and happy that everyone was so friendly.
Year 2, I will go deeper into finance in my studies and will therefore have a lot of use of my knowledge I got during the week. Also, the experience of just have been at such a big firm and have felt the atmosphere will make me more motivated for financially related studies.
The Company
I was impressed by the structure and how well everything was set - well done!
Exceptional. It could not have been better, and I do not say so just to show off - I really mean it. JP has really shown it's best side and I look forward to send my application to such a firm. I really do.
It really felt that JP had invested a lot of resources in this week - and that was appreciated.
The rotations were especially helpful. Sometimes the lectures could be a little too technical and every division "the same", but overall good.
Nothing can compare with being there, see the trading floor, talk to the employees which one day was in our shoes. Great experience!
The networking session on the top floor, the second day, was especially helpful to create a picture of which division I would like to work in.
Everything Else
Maybe even too many, which I think is a positive thing.
Extremely helpful for creating friends from all over the world and build a international network.
I heard of a running lap.
Definitely. No other words can answer this question.
