About You
I really enjoyed the insight as it was a very inspiring and informative week. From the first day to the last we had a series of talks, networking events and rotations that helped me gain more insight into Banking and JP Morgan as an organisation.
I felt that they really valued my time as they gave us the opportunity to experience a snapshot of the employees during the rotations. This made me feel that my time there was valued.
A lot of guidance. The employees were very approachable in the sense that we could ask them for clarification, later on, when I didn't understand what they said.
They have put the practical view of what I learn in my degree. This has helped me pay attention to the modules I take and the focus I have in university.
The Company
From the first day, we all had a scheduled that was followed all the way to the last day. Each had a purpose and was not repetitive.
It felt like we were very welcomed to the company and that they were excited to share the insight they have within the industry.
They brought both internal and external experts to come and give us training that would help us start well with the company.
We had rotations and within this rotations, we could see what it was like as an analyst in the company.
Being at the centre of the culture we could see that the company had a very strong and friendly culture. Everyone felt comfortable in the company.
It is extremely valuable because it has given me a guideline of where I could aim to be in the future.
Everything Else
They provided accommodation and travel cards.
We were encouraged to network with the employees in the company during our free time.
They were well organisad and purposeful.
Yes i did. by netwrking with them i had the opportunity to get to know about the activities they took part outside of work.
