The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed the placement.
Made to feel a real part of the team and that my opinion and contributions were valued.
Always willing to offer any help I may need.
Occasionally very busy and occasionally not busy enough, but that gave the opportunity to familiarise myself with systems etc.
Enough that I was able to work face to face with clients but always with support, - not so much that I felt overwhelmed.
Time management, identifying problems, working in a professional manner.
The Company
Hard working but friendly. (rotated around offices, so some were more relaxed than others depending on current workload)
Very well, we were kept well informed!
Spend a lot of time ensuring that you have enough understanding and dedicate time to building skills.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Will be working with them on completion of my degree
The Culture
Really strong social atmosphere, lots of social organised for interns but also an effort across the company to get colleagues of all positions to mix, partners make a lot of effort to come along to social events.
Commuting into London was expensive and so was socialising.
Very good.
Lots of sporting activities, and charity events. Social events too.
