Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and are there if you have any queries or questions.
My manager throughout my placement was very supportive ensuring that I knew exactly what I needed to do on a daily basis. I was put on training courses that my manager felt would help me with my role whilst at Atlas Copco
A placement student at Atlas Copco is given a job, and is treated exactly the same as any other employee in the company. I always had tasks to complete and things to do.
From day one you are given responsibilities - you have a job and are a valued member of the team
The skills that I have developed during my placement year will help me with finishing my degree and with my future career. I have done training courses which will also help me with my degree and when I go into employment after my degree
