About You
Very fastpaced, in a dynamic environment. We had days full of presentations, cases...
Everything was organized and scheduled so that we got to do the most of our spring week. We were overwhelmed with information and our days were very much filled.
We were hosted by a great RH Team, guided, never felt alone or lost. They all knowed our names which was very impressive as we were 40.
A lot of insight of the different divisions of the bank, but also a lot of information on the real job you have to daily do.
The Company
Very structured, everything was scheduled and we had 5 to 7 activities everyday.
Good inside of the bank, maybe less outside as we didn't have any planified events on the night.
Learned me so much about the real jobs of the investment bankers.
We had speednetworking sessions, therefore we really got to ask questions to current employees and graduates.
very well, all the employees were very open discussing what pushed them staying in the company and pushed them going there in the first place.
Amazing, you were pushed to already decided which divisions you would like to go in. Or even if you want to be in a bank.
Everything Else
Reimbursed the place only
Yes, networking lunch everyday, speednetworking also, as well as networking drinks.
Very nice, with open to discussion employees
A little in presentations
Yes a lot, very enriching
