The Role
A valuable, intensive learning experience, which focussed on mentally challenging problems
Since the group was subdivided into smaller 'table' groups you got to know your group very very well, and ended up sharing a lot with them. There was also intergroup mixing.
Whatever question I had my supervisor was more than happy to help with. They even went further and took a personal interest in my development.
Every day people had a jampacked schedule, there were two breaks apart from lunch, but for most of the day you were involved in activities.
As much or as little as you were willing to take on.
Absolutely, they focus on the importance of self-awareness, which was invaluable to learn about.
The Company
Everybody had to contribute from the table group, so conversation was lively and intrepid.
From the scheduled days, to the kareoke and drumming lessons in the evening the organisation really was seamless
The company could not have done more.
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
They are a very impressive company, and after such a program you have a good grounding in how they operate, and if that appeals to you.
The Culture
There was a good bunch of people, from the more quiet to the more extroverted.
All drinks and food were paid for and of a very high quality.
Early morning starts meant nightlife was usually drinks at the bar, or kareoke.
Your schedule was probably to full for this.
