About You
It was extremely enjoyable. The week was well organised throughout, and things such as networking and educational sessions were very insightful and fun.
The HR team put in great efforts to create a warm and welcoming environment for all the participants. The culture is kind and collaborative.
People from both the HR and Global Advisory were keen to offer help from different perspectives, and we received full support throughout the programme.
The teamwork, presentation and communication skills and industry-specifc knowledge are really helpful not so much in degree studies, but definitely in personal and career development
The Company
It was very well-organised, with every hour being scheduled with something. A full plan was given out the first day, and everyone had an idea right from the start about what to expect.
It was really really fun. The HR team and people from Global Advisory were not only helpful, but also fun and easygoing. The 2018 class of participants were also really fun and friendly.
Work shadowing and coffee chats definitely gave me a rather clear understanding.
The work shadowing, networking sessions and day-to-day activities exposed my perfectly to the culture of Rothschild
Confirmed my decision to pursue for a career in IB.
Everything Else
There were quite a few organised networking sessions, and plenty of informal sessions.
Because there were only 24 Insight Week participants, the networking opportunities had more personal element to it and we were able to talk in greater details with people working at the firm.
