About You
Lot of work shadowing Very nice people and working environment, not hierarchical People are open and available to answer questions and take coffees
We were valued during all week: HR were available for us at anytime if we had a problem
Our buddys are often junior analysts, so they are very busy But always found time day to talk with me and gave me guidance and support during the insight, making sure I was enjoying my time and learning about the job. The rest of the team was also very supportive and nice
In 5 days it is hard to develop new skills but I appreciates discovering the working environment within Citi. The insights I got were very valuable.
The Company
We were given a schedule at the beginning of the week and it was pretty well structured. Maybe it would have been better to have it in advance. Work shadowing in the morning, conferences at lunch, work shadowing in the afternoon and some networking events were organized during the evening.
Very Good Citi employees and HR were nice, open and available all the time
Not very much
Very significantly
Extremely helpful, especially by having coffees with a lot of different people from different teams
OK It was difficult to change team during the week so it is better if you had chosen the right team at the beginning
Everything Else
They provided transportation and accommodation other expenses are going to be reimbursed
Plenty of oppotunity
Interesting
Absolutely, because of the lot of work of shadowing ! A lot of banks do not allow spring interns to work shadow, especially in Investment Banking!
