  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really enjoyed the week as i learnt a lot than I ever expected and it's not just about the knowledge of banks but a deeper understanding of myself.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • All the time because it seems that the people working in Barclays really hope to find out what you are thinking and get some creative ideas. But this is not always true when doing group discussion with peers, they want to shine and sometimes they only care about whether they have speaked or not.

    • Always got guidance and support when I asked, although one of the HR was not happy at one time.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • I think what I gained can rarely be learnt in the school and that's why the experience was really valuable.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • A lot talks by the people working there, not many things to do on our own or enough opportunities to make sure everyone understand the knowledge and then compete between each others.

    • Loved the place, hope I ever got the opportunity to work there again.

    • a lot case studies but none actual business, but think this is because of the nature of bank

    • a lot, it even helped me knowing which division i which to work for in the future

    • it does focus on company structure that much but for sure they taught us enough to understand it

    • a lot. people want to find out what kind of person you are as you want the same from them

    • i wish they are lucky enough to be offered a place because for certain you should never say no to chance like this
