  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was always given support and advice on anything that I needed assistance for, however, at times my manager was too busy to provide guidance meaning my ability to work independently improved.

    4/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • A large restructure in my department during my placement meant my workload varied quite a lot meaning at times I had to actively seek out opportunities for more work or to gain experience through additional learning.

  • Due to the restructure my placement didn't really have much of a structure after the first couple of months as the work I was doing and the teams I was working for varied quite a lot.

    2/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
