The Role
I enjoyed it a lot! People at Enterprise are great. You have a lot of fun during your working day. It was very pleasant working for a year there.
I felt valued by my colleagues. They were always thankful when I helped them. Besides that, they usually said when I have done a good job.
They were always open to give support when I asked for it.
I was always busy what I think it is great! I had enough work to do on a daily basis.
It was given to me lots of responsibility. It gave me the opportunity to learn even more. I had autonomy to do my work and I dealt with important subjects on my daily basis.
I saw my internship in Enterprise as very important to my career and background. I am positive that it will make a difference in my resumé.
The Company
Enterprise has a very good atmosphere. A mix of young and experienced professionals brings lightness to the workplace. Birthdays are celebrating with cakes and cards. Very pleasant.
The internships are very organised at Enterprise. There are training and shadows to teach you about the company and the role.
I had enough training to do my job. I am satisfied about it.
Financial Bonus
I believe Enterprise Ireland will grow in future. It will open more opportunities for everybody inside and outside of the company.
The Culture
Yes. There are activities/competition for interns.
It was ok.
Yes. Many philanthropic activities to do.
